Refund policy

  • Items sold are considered final sale and are not returnable. 

  • Items sold may be exchangeable for a valid reason e.g. defective or damage product. 

  • In the event of exchange, exchange is only allowed for the same item.  If that item is out of stock, you can choose a different items to exchange:

    • ​if the new item is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount,

    • if the new item is of a lower price, there is NO cash refund provided. 

  • ​The original Invoice for all exchanges is required as proof of purchase.

  • The company’s decision is final in each and any exchanges request.

  • You will NOT be entitled to an exchange if any of the following applies:

    • The goods returned are found to be not faulty or damaged and it correctly correspond to the description displayed on our website and in your order,

    • The goods are not returned in accordance with our exchange & return policy,

    • The goods are not returned within the stipulated time period.
