1. Store Pickup

You may choose to pick up your order at our location:

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.

 

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All states within Malaysia

  • Singapore

International shipping is not available at the moment. Stay with us for updates when global delivery becomes available.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates vary by location and package weight/size. The final rate will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

 

4. Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping for orders over RM300.00 (West Malaysia only).

 

5. Delivery Timeframes

West Malaysia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

East Malaysia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Singapore 

  • Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days

 

6. Pre-Order Items

For pre-order products, shipping typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on:

  • Supplier availability

  • Shipping schedules

  • Customs clearance (if applicable)

 

You will be notified once your pre-order item has been shipped.

 

7. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.
