strength, resilience and reliability - All post mount Scotty Rod Holders are fully adjustable up and down and with 360 degrees of horizontal rotation
- Accommodates a wide range of rod and reel setups with an inside diameter of 1.70″
- To be paired with the Scotty 1026 Downrigger Swivel Base and 1023 Tilt-up Mounting Bracket (both not included)
- Designed for salmon and other large/medium to small fish species
