GANZO PROSHARP KNIFE SHARPENER

The Ganzo ProSharp model is a versatile sharpener designed for various cutting tools, including kitchen knives, camping knives, home scissors, and garden axes. Its main features include two diamond plates with different grit sizes: a 400 grit plate for rough sharpening and an 800 grit plate for polishing and smoothing. Each plate is 150 millimeters long, allowing users to select the desired sharpening angle. Typically, 6-12 runs on each side of the blade are needed to sharpen and remove burrs. Additionally, the sharpener has two grooves at the base of the handle: a carbide sharpener for rough processing and a ceramic sharpener for finishing, enabling quick and efficient sharpening of both sides of the blade simultaneously.

The Ganzo ProSharp handle, made of food-grade polypropylene, is durable, impact-resistant, and safe for human health. It measures 115 millimeters in length, providing a comfortable and secure grip during use.
