Deck Cleat Material:Boat dock folding cleat is made of Marine grade 316 stainless steel, Excellent seawater corrosion resistance and .Rope cleat work for dock lines ,mooring and etc; This marine folding splint stays in that position when opened.
Black rubber pads on the back hold steady without rattling and there is a rubber nipple that keeps the splint in the closed position when closed and 't loosen on its own.Mounts on of boat. Can be Top mount or Side mount.
