How soon can you fulfil pre-order items?

Pre-order means that you order and pay now and receive your order in the next 8-12 weeks.

We ship pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis. This order queue is based on the moment that your payment for the order is successful. 

Our items are shipped from worldwide suppliers, please expect some delays due to COVID-19 pandemic outbreaks. 

We will update you via email with the latest information and estimated delivery dates. We appreciate your patience.

Do you ship to other countries, other than Singapore?

We are currently working on shipping to international addresses. Please stay tuned, and we shall keep you informed when the option is onboard.

What shipping options do you offer?

We ship our products via shipping partners such as Ninja Van and City Link. You may see Lalamove option upon checkout for certain ex-stock items.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. We only sell genuine products. When you purchase from us, you can rest assured that our products are 100% genuine products from the manufacturer.

Do you provide warranty for your products?

Surely yes. All the products come with manufacturer warranty with different stated periods.

Do you provide after sales services?

Yes. We offers comprehensive maintenance & repair services to get you back on the water, faster. No matter the brand and model of your boat or the type of engine, we have the skills and tools to maintain and repair them.
