- Free shipping on orders over RM300 (West Malaysia only)
- Delivery time: West Malaysia 2–5 business days · East Malaysia 3–10 business days · Singapore 5–14 business days
- Processing time: Orders are processed Mon–Fri (excl. public holidays); allow 1–2 business days before dispatch

- Pre-order items typically take 4–6 weeks depending on supplier and customs timelines

RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Report within 48 hours of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Eligible returns: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with photo/video evidence provided
- Not eligible: Pre-order items, misuse/negligence damage, and clearance/sale items (unless defective)
- Refunds: Issued as store credit by default (or original payment method); processed in 7–14 business days after inspection
- Exchanges: Available for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — use a trackable courier
