Many Victron GX devices are installed in locations where running a wired Ethernet connection is impractical. This Nano USB WiFi module provides a direct solution by allowing the GX device to connect to an existing WiFi network. Once connected, the GX device can push data to the VRM portal, enabling remote monitoring of system performance, alarms and historical data from any internet-connected device.

The Nano USB format keeps the adapter flush against the GX device, which matters in enclosures or panel builds where space is limited. Victron officially supports this adapter for use with their GX product range, so there is no need to source a generic third-party USB WiFi dongle and risk compatibility issues. For installations where a wired connection is available, a standard Ethernet connection remains the more reliable option, but this module is a practical choice where cabling is not feasible.
