Advantages:

1.Super high wear resistance UHMW-PE is one of the most wear-

resistant materials among known plastics, with a wear index much

lower than that of steel and ordinary plastics. It is suitable for

making fender panels, conveying machinery parts, wear-resistant

lining plates, etc.

2.Ultra low friction coefficient Smooth surface, extremely low

friction coefficient (usually between 0.1~0.2), smooth material

sliding, not easily stuck, commonly used in sliders, slides, and ship

fender panels.

3.Excellent impact resistance It is almost "unbreakable" at room

temperature and can maintain toughness at low temperatures (-200°

C), making it one of the best impact resistant plastics.

4.chemical corrosion resistance Good tolerance to acids, bases,

salts, and seawater, suitable for harsh chemical or marine

environments.

5.lightweight The density is about 0.93-0.96 g/cm, which is much

lighter than steel and easier to process, install, and transport
